Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and quality.
Make Outbound call to customers to revive the existing insurance policy by connecting with the customer to pay the outstanding premium.
Provide complete and correct information on the product purchased by the customer, if asked by the customer.
Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including successful receipt of customer premium payment.
Adherence to Information security guidelines & quality process norms.
