Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract customers, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Create and manage promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Maintain and update the company's website and digital marketing platforms.
Assist in developing branding and communication strategies.
Ensure marketing activities align with company objectives and budget.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.




1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions).
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
Graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Valuable time management and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
