Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients visiting the outpatient department.
Register patients and maintain accurate records.
Schedule and coordinate appointments.

Requirements
Higher Secondary / Degree qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Guide patients to the appropriate departments and consultation rooms.
Assist doctors and nursing staff with OP-related activities.
Handle patient inquiries professionally.
Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and organised.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hospital workplace.
