Job Summary:

The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for community outreach, candidate mobilization, stakeholder coordination, and promoting skill development programs. The role involves building robust relationships with local communities, educational institutions, government departments, NGOs, and employers to ensure successful mobilization and enrollment of eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute outreach and awareness campaigns in villages, schools, colleges, and communities.
Mobilize eligible youth for various skill development programs.
Conduct career counseling sessions and orientation programs for prospective candidates and their parents.
Organize mobilization camps, roadshows, job awareness programs, and enrollment drives.
Maintain relationships with local stakeholders to ensure continuous candidate referrals.
Verify candidate eligibility and collect required documents for admission.




Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, mobilization reports, and daily progress.
Assist in achieving monthly and annual mobilization targets.
Support placement follow-up and post-placement tracking whenever required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outreach reports and submit them to management.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Social Work, Rural Development, Management, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in community mobilization, outreach, or skill development projects.
Freshers may also apply.

Required Skills:
Solid networking and relationship-building abilities
Ability to travel extensively within assigned districts.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Report preparation and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve target

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,008.94 per month
