Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS & Business Automation Executive to automate business processes and reporting across HR, Sales, Operations, and MIS. The ideal candidate will develop dashboards, automate reports and workflows, and build KPI/KRA tracking systems to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Automate MIS reports and business workflows.
Develop KPI/KRA dashboards and performance scorecards.
Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Automate checklists, approvals, reminders, and recurring reports.
Integrate data from Bizom, ERP, CRM, HRMS, Google Forms, and Excel.
Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
Identify and implement process automation opportunities across departments.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT,



Business Analytics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in MIS, Business Automation, or Business Intelligence.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros).
Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Bizom, ERP, CRM, or HRMS platforms.
Knowledge of workflow automation and business process improvement.
Ability to convert manual processes into automated systems.
