Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using CSA/CCSA certification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to Pega development, including debugging and resolving defects.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5yrsyears of experience in Pega development with expertise in PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
Solid understanding of Pega architecture, data modeling, and business rules management.
Proficiency in working with CSSA (Customer Service Studio Assistant) tool for building customer service applications.
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
