Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, assist with office administration, and provide general support to employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Manage inward and outward courier services and deliver documents as required.
Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies when needed.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
Monitor pantry and office supplies and inform the Admin team when replenishment is required.




Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.
Perform banking and other official outdoor errands, if assigned.
Ensure office equipment and facilities are kept clean and report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications
Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
Previous experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.

Skills Required
Punctual and trustworthy.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of office etiquette.
Ability to follow instructions and multitask.
Physically fit and willing to perform indoor and outdoor office duties

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
