We are urgently hiring a Customer-Focused Onsite Service Engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, and repair services for Zebronics devices at customer locations. The candidate must have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites for product installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
Diagnose technical issues in Zebronics products (speakers, power supplies, CCTV, accessories, etc.)
Coordinate with internal support and logistics team for parts and replacements
Maintain service logs, reports, and customer feedback
Ensure minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction
Provide basic operational training to customers if required
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10+2 with technical experience
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, electronics, and troubleshooting
Good communication skills (local language & basic English)
Willing to travel locally for onsite support
Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented
Should own a smartphone for job updates and reporting
Preferred:
Experience with Zebronics or similar electronic/IT products
Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field work required)
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
