Coordinating with Hammer team for effective implementation of Production Plan
Recording of Production data in SAP
Handle manpower planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of workforce.
Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices & 5S initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown resolution.
Maintain production reports, shift logs, and performance tracking records.
Train and guide operators and helpers to improve skill levels and efficiency.
