Technical Profile Expectations: Since robust WPF profiles are limited, focus on solid .NET/Full Stack candidates with working knowledge of WPF. The priority skills are:
Strong system thinking
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong C#/.NET fundamentals and advanced concepts
WPF – Knowledge is sufficient
Strong understanding of Design Patterns and SOLID principles
Robust multithreading skills
Experience using AI-assisted development tools
Emphasis on .NET fundamentals, programming ability, and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Candidates should have strong communication skills.
