Elite Toys is a growing soft toy manufacturing company looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily factory operations, production planning, inventory management, and order execution. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, capable of leading a team, and committed to ensuring smooth and productive manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
Manage production schedules to ensure customer orders are completed and dispatched on time.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with production staff, supervisors, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Track production progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain production records, stock reports, and operational documentation.
Optimize workflow to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Supervise factory staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with management regarding production planning, inventory,



and order status.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Experience in the toy, textile, garment, or consumer goods manufacturing industry is preferred.
