Valuable Career Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage business data, generate reports, and provide accurate insights to support operational and management decision-making.

Key responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
Analyze sales, operations, and performance data.
Create dashboards and reports using advanced MS Excel.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Identify trends and provide actionable business insights.

Required skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF formulas,



and basic Macros).
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or back-office operations.
Freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply.
