Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Control
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor order-wise production progress and take corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.

Manufacturing Operations
Oversee cutting, stitching, checking, finishing, folding, packing, and shipment preparation activities.
Ensure smooth production flow with minimum bottlenecks.
Monitor line balancing and productivity improvement initiatives.
Control production losses, rejection rates, and material wastage.

Quality Management
Ensure adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.
Monitor in-line and end-line quality inspections.




Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for quality defects.
Support audits and customer inspections.

Team Management
Lead supervisors, line in-charges, tailors, helpers, and production staff.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training requirements.
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
Develop a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Productivity Improvement
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and industrial engineering practices.
Analyze production efficiency and establish improvement plans.
Reduce cycle time and increase output per operator.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
