Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Collect, sort, and clean raw data from different departments to keep databases accurate and safe.
Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, trackers, and visual summaries for managers.
Data Quality Check: Find and fix errors or gaps in data before sharing reports with senior staff.
Team Support: Work with Team to share information and answer data requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Commerce, or Business.
Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros), plus working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Soft Skills: Robust attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and transparent communication to explain numbers to non-technical teams.
