Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy &
Revenue Generation
Own and deliver the branchs monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the full wires and cables range (house wires, versatile cables, power & control cables, LT Cables).
Develop and execute territory-level sales plans aligned with regional and national objectives.
Drive primary and secondary sales from company-to-distributor as well as distributor-to-retailer / end-user off-take.
Identify and convert recent business opportunities across the retail/trade, project, and institutional segments.

Channel &
Distribution Management
Appoint, develop, and manage a productive network of distributors, dealers, and retailers across the assigned territory.
Strengthen channel loyalty through regular engagement, dealer and electrician meets, and prompt resolution of issues.
Ensure availability of adequate stock, product width, and counter visibility at channel partners.
Implement schemes promotions,



and trade-marketing activities to expand reach and market share.

Project &
Institutional Sales
Build relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, builders, EPC firms, panel builders, and government / PWD bodies.
Drive approvals and product specifications with consultants and large buyers.
Track and pursue infrastructure, real-estate, and industrial projects in the territory and convert them into orders.

Market Intelligence &
Reporting
Monitor competition – pricing, schemes, and recent launches by leading national and regional brands in the category – and recommend counter-strategies.
Track market trends demand patterns, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate sales MIS, forecasts, and reports, and present periodic performance reviews to management.
