Role & responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end execution of warranty orders.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Arrange and coordinate inspections with Railway, third-party, and private customer inspection officers.
Ensure availability of inspection documents, test reports, and quality records.
Resolve inspection observations and ensure timely order execution.
Visit customer sites for installation support, troubleshooting, warranty services, and technical assistance as required.
Prepare service reports, warranty records, and execution documentation.
Coordinate with customers for warranty claims, service activities, and order closure.
