Job Summary:

Decaiman is looking for a result-driven Medical Representative who can actively promote pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve aggressive sales & recovery targets within assigned territories.

This role is ideal for candidates who are highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of delivering measurable sales performance in a competitive pharma market.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote company products to doctors, chemists, stockists, and hospitals
Achieve monthly secondary sales and recovery targets consistently
Make minimum 20 productive field calls daily
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists
Conduct product detailing, presentations, and demonstrations
Ensure timely order generation, supply coordination, and payment collection
Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate field data
Ensure compliance with ethical promotion practices and industry regulations




Manage territory efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharma preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to work in a target-driven field workplace
Willingness to travel extensively
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical sales is preferred
Freshers with high energy and learning attitude can apply
