About The Opportunity Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of our client for an MBBS Doctor to join a growing healthcare facility in Andheri East, Mumbai . This chance is ideal for doctors who prefer an entrepreneurial practice model with profit-sharing/revenue-sharing instead of a fixed monthly salary.

The selected doctor will have the opportunity to build a long-term practice while earning based on patient consultations and revenue generated.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct OPD consultations and diagnose patients.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
Provide preventive healthcare counselling.
Refer patients to specialists whenever required.




Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
Deliver high-quality patient care and build long-term patient relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
Solid communication and patient management skills.
Ethical, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.

Compensation
