Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Verify measurements and certify contractor bills based on completed work.
Monitor material consumption and maintain inventory records.
Resolve technical issues arising at the site and recommend practical solutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile
trong knowledge of RCC, finishing, structural,



and civil construction works.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
Positive understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced construction workplace.
Experience in residential high-rise or township projects.
Exposure to quality control, contractor management, and project coordination.
Familiarity with project planning and execution processes.
