We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase website traffic, and improve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Run paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Generate leads and improve conversion rates.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to create marketing materials.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,
or any relevant field.
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with digital marketing knowledge can also apply).
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics is an added advantage.
