MIS Executive / MIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets / MS Products

Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and management reports.

Use Advanced Excel functions, Create and maintain Excel Macros/VBA to automate repetitive reporting and data-processing activities.

Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.

Prepare performance, productivity, attendance, recruitment, sales, or operational reports as required.

Manage and update Google Sheets, including formulas, data validation, filters, and sharing/access controls.

Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.

Automate manual reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.

Maintain proper documentation and version control of MIS reports and trackers.





Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to management and business teams.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee/business data.

Required Skills:

2–4 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or Business Operations.

Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Excel Macros/VBA.

Hands-on experience with Google Sheets & Microsoft 365

Solid knowledge of Pivot Tables, Lookup formulas, conditional formatting, data cleaning, and dashboards.

Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle large volumes of data and meet strict reporting deadlines.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹245,000.00 per year
