DESIRED QUALIFICATION:- GRADUATE/POST GRADUATE IN PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY FROM IIP/SIES

1 Generating recent packaging products in response to briefs

2 Identifying feasible & suitable packaging formats as per briefs

3 Identify / develop packaging materials with identified suppliers as per briefs

4 Producing samples to try out different materials and designs

5 Validate Packaging Materials/ recent packaging concepts on existing machineries

6 Develop and finalize specification for packaging material

7 Ensuring that packaging meet set requirements and specifications as per legal guidelines

8 Conduct trials to check packaging for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions

9 Develop KLD(Key Line Diagram) and artworks for all packaging formats.

10 Support packaging stability studies along with R&D.;

11 Controlling production and quality standards for packaging material

12 Target to optmize / reduce annual packaging cost





13 Packaging and Graphic design in all aspects of Packaging development from concept to implementation, with focus on innovation, system setting and sustainability

14 Getting ready with the complete input material for bulk printing and standardization

15 Working on long term projects and support with knowledge on key aspects like sustainability, cost reduction etc.

16 Packaging material development for all type of packaging - laminate, carton,label sleeve, bottle, caps, containers etc.

17 Material Validation with Machine trial and Transit trial

18 Worked on complete process flow of generation and development of artwork including issuing of key line drawing, shade card approval under permissible limits

19 Handling Quality Complaints in all PM and giving solutions for the same.
