Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a cab/taxi company.
Robust knowledge of cab operations and fleet management.
Experience handling drivers, trip scheduling, and customer service.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations efficiently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cab management software is an advantage.
