We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns and scaling performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance and generate daily/weekly reports
A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages
Work closely with the creative and content team for ad creatives
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR metrics
Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
