We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Pokhariput, Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, and experience in preparing MIS reports and data analysis. Candidates with knowledge of AI tools and Power BI will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in reports.
Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data.
Support management with data-driven reports and analysis.
Identify trends and assist in business decision-making.

Required Qualifications




Graduation or above.
Commerce or Accounts background is preferred.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
Excellent knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Conditional Formatting
Logical and Lookup Functions
Data Validation
Charts and Reporting
Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,144.30 - ₹25,727.73 per month
