Role & responsibilities
Manage daily operations of multiple salon locations.
Ensure SOP and brand standard compliance.
Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Lead, train, and mentor salon teams.
Conduct operational audits and performance reviews.
Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Training, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Handle customer escalations and operational challenges.
Monitor inventory, expenses, and operational efficiency.
Support franchise partners to achieve business goals.
Prepare MIS reports and analyze business performance.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant operations experience.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Willingness to travel.
