Job Title: Network Engineer

Role Summary:

The Solution/Presales Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for Smart City, ICT, and Surveillance projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing proposals in response to RFPs, and ensuring end-to-end solution delivery across network infrastructure, data centers, and integrated command & control centers (ICCC).

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze RFPs and client requirements to design compliant and cost-effective technical solutions.
Prepare pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and coordinate with vendors and OEMs.
Work closely with the sales and bidding teams to create customized solutions and proposals.
Design architecture for ICT, Surveillance, and Smart City solutions including hardware (CCTV, NVR/DVR, servers, storage) and software components.
Provide technical leadership and oversight during project execution to ensure adherence to proposed architecture.
Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demos, and POCs for client evaluation.
Manage post-bid execution including vendor coordination,



solution deployment, and project documentation.
Handle data center infrastructure design, LAN/WAN/Wireless network planning, and configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ensure project compliance with security and VAPT audit standards (CERT-IN).
Support project delivery teams through HLD/LLD preparation, resource planning, and performance tracking.
Maintain client and OEM relationships to strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances.
