Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis reports.
Develop and maintain backend applications and REST APIs as required.
Build and manage CRM automations, dashboards, and custom reports.
Integrate TeleCRM/FMS with third-party applications.
Write automation scripts to streamline business processes.
Manage and maintain databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Troubleshoot backend applications and optimize system performance.
Deploy and maintain backend services.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting and automation requirements.
Support business operations through process improvements and automation initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
