Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Bengaluru .

The Operations

Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, maintaining operational records, tracking performance metrics, and supporting process improvements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure seamless operational efficiency across departments.

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as an Operations Executive in the EdTech industry (Mandatory).




Experience in handling day-to-day business operations and process coordination.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced workplace.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
