Job Title: Operations & Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end operations and supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and process optimization to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations, procurement, and supply chain functions
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Manage demand planning, production planning, inventory, and material availability
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams
Optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs
Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance
Monitor warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure on-time deliveries
Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews for management





Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management
Expertise in Procurement, Inventory Control, Warehousing, and Logistics
Experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, and S&OP;
Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel
Solid leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities

Qualification & Experience:
BE/B.Tech with MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred)
8–15 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role

Preferred Experience:
Experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, FMCG, automotive, engineering, pharmaceuticals, or industrial operations
Robust exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Vendor Development, Import/Export, Warehouse Management, and Distribution Planning

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
