We are seeking a talented and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows/Linux/Mac settings. The primary responsibilities will include resolving laptop issues, managing internal servers, and maintaining network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users for laptop-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and performing repairs or replacements as necessary.
Administer and maintain internal servers, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.
Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement technology initiatives and projects.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
