Mutual Fund and Insurance Operations Executives manage the daily administrative, processing, and compliance tasks required to buy, redeem, and manage mutual fund non-financial transaction. They ensure transaction accuracy, reconcile accounts, and interface between investors, distributors, and fund managers.
Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing
Execute buy, sell, and switch orders daily.
Process Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) and transfers.
Verify investor Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
Validate bank details and signatures for processing.
Process Insurance proposal and ensure timely premium payment.

Reconciliation & Accounting
Reconcile daily cash flows with bank statements.
Download and prepare GST Statement
Match unit allocations with registrar records.
Identify and resolve transaction exceptions or breaks.
Verify Net Asset Value (NAV) updates accurately.

Client, AMCs & Registrar Support
Resolve operational queries from AMCs and Registrar and clients.
Issue account statements and capital gains reports.




Process non-financial requests like address updates.
Manage dividend payouts and redemption processing.

Compliance & Reporting
Adhere strictly to market regulatory guidelines.
Maintain complete audit trails for all transactions.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational risk reports.
Report suspicious transactions to the compliance team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, or business.
Software: Proficiency in MS Excel and fund accounting software.

Soft Skills
Extreme attention to detail to prevent financial errors.
Robust numerical aptitude for rapid calculations.
Ability to work under strict market cutoff timelines.
