Role & responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Ensure system security, data backups, and recovery processes are properly maintained.
Respond promptly to IT support tickets and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
Perform routine system updates, patches, and antivirus management.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
Support remote users and troubleshoot VPN/connectivity issues.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and inventory.
Assist in IT audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide support during system upgrades,



migrations, and recent implementations.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience.
Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
