Key Responsibility.
Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities.
Ensure products are packed according to company specifications and customer requirements.
Monitor packing line performance and achieve daily production targets.
Allocate work and manage packing staff schedules.
Train, guide, and evaluate packing personnel.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the packing area.
Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), where applicable.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve packing issues.
Minimize product damage, waste, and material loss.
Maintain accurate production, packing, and inventory records.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor the availability of packing materials and report shortages promptly.
Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all equipment is operated safely and report maintenance requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
