SYRUS Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Incharge to lead and manage the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure secure and efficient medication management, maintain inventory, supervise pharmacy staff, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy.
Supervise and guide pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines according to prescriptions.
Maintain medicine inventory and ensure timely procurement.
Monitor expiry dates and implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Maintain narcotic drug records and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth pharmacy operations.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, pharmacy regulations, and hospital policies.
Conduct stock verification,
inventory audits, and reconciliation.
Train pharmacy staff on SOPs and quality standards.
Handle patient and departmental medication-related queries.
Qualifications
B.Pharm or D.Pharm
Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a hospital pharmacy.
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Incharge or in a supervisory role will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations.
Inventory and stock management expertise.
Knowledge of NABH standards and regulatory compliance.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MS Office
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
