The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, a robust analytical mindset, and a track record of delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities-
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns .
Manage monthly ad budgets of ₹20–30 Lakhs.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights .
Work closely with the SEO, Content, and Design teams to improve campaign outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates .

Requirements-
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience managing large advertising budgets.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
Agency experience will be an added advantage.
