Key Responsibilities
Prepare mechanical designs for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D BIM models using Revit MEP.
Perform HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
Produce coordinated construction drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement clash resolutions.
Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, UPC, local authority regulations, and project specifications.
Review consultant comments and incorporate design revisions.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation.




Support project execution teams by providing technical clarification during construction.
Maintain project documentation and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
