Department: Sales & Marketing Position: Marketing Executive – B2C Open Position - 25 Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Ahmadabad / Gandhinagar Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive – B2C to promote residential solar solutions, generate leads, meet customers, explain solar products and services, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities - Generate B2C leads through field marketing, direct customer visits, references, local activities, and other channels.
Visit residential customers and understand their electricity and solar requirements.
Explain Rooftop Solar / Residential Solar solutions, advantages, pricing, subsidy, and installation process.
Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
Coordinate with the sales, survey, project, and installation teams.
Maintain daily customer visit and lead follow-up reports.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Develop solid relationships with customers and generate referrals.




Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales status. Eligibility - Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1+ year in B2C Sales / Field Marketing / Solar Industry preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also be considered.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone applications.

Relationship Management Compensation Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Additional: Incentives + applicable allowances as per company policy.

Must be comfortable with field work and customer visits.
