Real Capital Ventures is looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate high-quality residential property leads.

The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Dubai markets while ensuring maximum ROI from digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for residential real estate projects.
Generate high-quality qualified Google and Meta leads for the sales team.
Create and manage campaigns targeting Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Dubai audiences.
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Allocate and optimize advertising budgets for maximum campaign performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates and industry trends.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Paid Ads, preferably in the Residential Real Estate industry.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads for residential projects.
Experience running campaigns for multiple regions, preferably Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Dubai.
Good understanding of landing page optimization and lead conversion strategies.
Solid analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
