Maintain SOP compliance across all locations.
Monitor stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
Coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.

Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop SIS store teams.
Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
Coach teams on sales techniques and customer service.
Manage attendance, scheduling, and workforce productivity.

Visual Merchandising
Ensure brand guidelines are implemented consistently.
Maintain product displays, fixtures, and promotional setups.
Execute seasonal launches and marketing campaigns.

Retail Partner Management
Build solid relationships with partners.
Resolve operational issues promptly.
Collaborate on promotional activities and business growth opportunities.

Inventory &




Loss Prevention
Monitor inventory accuracy and stock health.
Conduct periodic audits.
Reduce shrinkage and inventory losses.

Reporting &
Analytics
Prepare MIS reports on sales, inventory, productivity, and profitability.

Budget &
Cost Control
Manage operational budgets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.

Experience
Min 12 Years of experience in LFR, SIS &
MBO Operations in Apparel/Fashion
