The role requires proven expertise in seafood industry operations, solid leadership in managing processing teams, and commitment to maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Immediate joiners with relevant background are preferred.
Production oversight – Supervise seafood processing activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Quality assurance – Monitor product quality, enforce HACCP/FSSAI standards, and resolve non‑conformances.
Team leadership – Train, guide, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
Safety compliance – Implement workplace safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards.
Process improvement – Identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Cross‑department coordination – Collaborate with QA, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
