We are looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant with 1–2 years of hospital experience to support consultants in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should possess solid clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist consultants during patient examinations, procedures, and ward rounds.
Assess patients, record medical history, and document clinical findings.
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the treating physician.
Coordinate diagnostic tests, investigations, and follow-up care.
Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure support.
Maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and medications.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital protocols.
Collaborate with nursing and allied healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Participate in emergency care and other clinical responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 1–2 years of hospital experience as a Physician Assistant.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
