Role Description This is a full time, in office Presales SolarWinds role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Presales professional will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their IT monitoring and management requirements, and demonstrate how SolarWinds solutions can address those needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and functional proposals, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and supporting the sales team with solution design and value articulation. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, gathering client feedback, and contributing to proof-of-concept implementations to showcase solution capabilities. The Presales qualified will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of SolarWinds products, industry trends,
and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
2+ Yrs of Implementation Experience on SolarWinds
Presales expertise, including experience with solution demonstrations, proposal creation, and collaboration with sales teams for IT monitoring or similar tools.
Hands-on familiarity with SolarWinds or comparable network and infrastructure monitoring platforms is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
