Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily atta production and ensure production targets are met.
Monitor the packing processes and Load .
Ensure product quality and consistency as per specifications.
Manage and allocate manpower across production activities.
Monitor machine operator team and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience as supervisors in any manufacturing industry. Freshers are requested not to apply.
