Qualification : B.E / B.Tech - Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics.

Experience : 5 to 9 years of experience in similar industry

Exposure : Familiarity of Control Panel components and their selection, Computer Savvy, Basic knowledge of software programming, Basic knowledge of a PLC.

Purpose of Job : Execution of the Detailing Controls Activities correctly and accurately in the shortest possible time.

Key Responsibilities
PLC, CNC, Robot, HMI programming.
Programming knowledge of Mitsubishi (Preferably), Siemens, Rockwell PLC controllers.
Programming knowledge of Siemens, Fanuc, Bosch CNC controllers Programming knowledge of Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Comau and Mitsubishi Robots.
Application knowledge of Material handling, assembly line,
Machining Line Automation.
Automation system testing and commissioning.
Material handling application knowledge




Experience in automobile Industries Standard, material handling, SPM machines, etc.
Controller safety programming
Ready to work at domestic sites.
Fluent in English speaking and writing
programming knowledge is essential.
Self checking the work for errors before presenting it for reviews
Quick escalation of any hurdle to the Lead Member or Leader.
To follow IMS Process, Procedure, guideline, OCP and update department lists and records , Risk & prospect, HIRA, aspect- Impact, dept. obj.
To follow the safety rules and regulations.
To follow the guideline for waste management & take the initiative to conserve the natural resources.
