Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Prostho) Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses.

Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve techniques, and maintain production efficiency.

Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.

Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental technology trends.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production-related challenges in collaboration with the manufacturing team.





Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.

Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for ongoing quality enhancement.

Preparing and Implementing of new SOP MDS in Prosthodontics.

Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience Solid technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses.

Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively.

Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and up-to-date dental manufacturing technology is an advantage.
