Key Responsibilities
Should be able to modify existing machine program and able to create current programs in PLC.
Knowledge of various protocols like CC link, RS232, Ethernet Profinet, Modbus, TCPIP.
Work experience on
PLC: Mitsubishi, Siemens 1500 series.
Servo: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fanuc.
VFD: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fanuc.
Controllers selection of PID, Temp controller, PT100, Thermocouple, flow meters and other analog sensors.
Knowledge of digital & analog systems.
Integration of machines.
Industry 4.0 like Andon, FPY, SCADA, Energy system etc.
Always ready to put best industrial automation concepts and lead throughout implementation.
Good in understanding electrical drawing.




Positive experience and understanding of programming language in ladder logic and structure text language.
Working experience on SQL database communication and OPC server.
Should learn & understand recent process systems.
Supplier selection & negotiations.
Low-Cost automation projects.
Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulic system.
Breakdown maintenance
Preventive maintenance
Maintain data of MTTR, MTBF and critical spares
Generate and maintain Machine manuals
Co-ordinate with safety department for work area safety enhanceme
