Aptitude Trainer – JJ College of Engineering & Technology, Trichy

We're hiring an Aptitude Trainers for our institution to prepare students for campus placements.

Responsibilities
Conduct aptitude training sessions covering Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
Prepare students for company-specific placement tests (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, CTS, etc.)
Design mock tests, practice sheets, and assessment reports
Track student progress and identify improvement areas
Coordinate with placement cell for training schedules

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree (any discipline)
Freshers welcome – training will be provided
0–3 years of aptitude/soft skills training experience preferred
Solid communication and presentation skills
Prior experience training engineering students is a plus

Job Type: Full time. Location: Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
