Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development & Implementation:
Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with developmental milestones.
Incorporate play-based learning, storytelling, art, and music to enhance cognitive and motor skills.
Child Development:
Observe and assess each child's progress, identifying individual needs and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
Support emotional, social, and behavioral development through positive reinforcement and conflict resolution strategies.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety during indoor and outdoor activities.
Communication:
Build strong relationships with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as per school policies.
Stay informed of state regulations and educational best practices for early childhood education.

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development,



or a related field (preferred).
Certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (required).
Experience:
Previous experience as a preschool educator or in a similar role (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and resourceful in engaging young children.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
