Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and processes for web and mobile applications.
Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Design and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to drive quality at every stage of the SDLC.
Identify, document, and manage defects while ensuring timely resolution.
Implement CI/CD testing practices and integrate automated tests into pipelines.
Analyze testing metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure optimal test coverage.
Stay updated on the latest QA tools, techniques, and trends to enhance testing efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Robust expertise in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.




Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile processes.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring teams.
